Do I need a power bank?
Yes. The seat cover is powered via USB using a power bank. A standard 10,000mAh power bank is more than sufficient and can also be purchased separately from us.
Will it fit any camping chair?
Yes. Measuring 135 × 45 cm, the seat cover fits almost all camping chairs, garden chairs, folding chairs, and lounge chairs. The non-slip backing helps keep it securely in place.
Can I adjust the backrest and seat separately?
Yes. The seat cover features two independent heating zones—one for the backrest and one for the seat. Each can be adjusted separately with three heat settings, allowing you to customise your comfort.
What happens if it gets wet?
The seat cover is made from durable polyester and can withstand light splashes. However, if it starts raining, we recommend bringing it indoors. Always remove the power bank before the seat cover comes into contact with water. The cover is machine washable on a low-temperature setting.
