At Craftaison, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to hygiene and safety regulations, not all products are eligible for return. Please read our clear and transparent return policy below.
✅ Return Period
You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unopened, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original condition.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged products
- Used products
- Altered or modified products
- Products with opened packaging
Important Notice:
Our products fall under the hygiene category and are intended for the oral and dental care of animals. For hygiene reasons, products with opened packaging cannot be returned under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect animal health and complies with applicable hygiene regulations.
